BCC and Flier Systems sign a Co-operation Agreement
The Landskrona based company BCC AB of Sweden and Flier Systems of Holland have decided to join together in a global co-operation, where BCC will represent Flier Systems towards all customers in the forestry sector. Flier Systems will make the BCC product portfolio more complete.
The co-operation has been thoroughly discussed and the management teams from the two companies have met a number of times to make sure the most beneficial solution for the customers can be achieved.
– I believe we have been able to bring together the best of Flier Systems and BCC in a very strong package. We are both the same size of companies, however we can learn a lot from each other and we will be much stronger and better provider of solutions to our customers when we work together, says Torsten Karlsson Managing Director of BCC.
BCC has its background in the forestry sector being world market leader in concepts for containerized forest nurseries and seed cleaning facilities. Flier Systems carries the most advanced machines for sorting, grading and transplanting. The combined experience and know-how from the two companies will be of great value for the future development of new conceptual solution and will benefit the needs of customers all over the world.
– In today’s world finding the right business partners is more important than ever. We strongly believe BCC and Flier Systems are the right business partners to further develop the solutions for the professional forest nurseries. Solutions that will enable these nurseries to improve on production processes and quality. To combine the know-how of BCC and the advanced machine building experience of Flier Systems we believe we will realize the best solutions possible. During our conversations about exploring a co-operation we learned that we both have the same business approach, always put the interest of the customer first. This focus will be continued says Ard Flier, owner and Managing Director of Flier Systems.
